Johan Onsberg AB [the Company] is a life insurance broker. The advice we provide is always based on the customer’s unique situation, needs and wishes. As an insurance adviser, we are not linked with any particular insurance company: i.e. we are not contractually (or otherwise) bound to provide policies from either a single or a specific group of insurance companies.
We broker insurance policies for a number of insurance companies.
Our advice is based on what these companies offer as well as on the products. This enables us to offer the optimal solution that will fulfill your needs and wishes. Our goal is to give our customers top quality advice and the best in personal service. |

LIABILITY INSURANCEThe Company is covered by a liability insurance for insurance distribution according to the applicable regulations.
If you suffer damages or financial loss and you believe it to be a result of the actions of the Company or its brokers, you have a right to make a claim against the insurance company directly. If you want to make a claim for damages, the Company must be informed within reasonable time after the alleged damages have been incurred. |

CONFLICTS OF INTERESTIf there are any conflicts of interest, the adviser shall always ensure that the customer’s interest comes first. To do this we conduct a suitability assessment as well as analyze the product. We also clearly explain the conditions to you as a customer when the advice is given.

CHARGESThe Company receives some remuneration from the insurance providers we work with. It is often an annual sum which is a percentage of the insurance premiums. The sum is intended to cover advice given, follow-up, annual administration and services to you as a customer. It is also intended to cover our administrative costs, insurance and costs for compliance. If we do not receive any remuneration, the Company will invoice customers for the administration of the insurance. In accordance with current regulations, we, as insurance brokers, are obliged to inform our customers about the different fees we receive from the various partners we work with. During the advice process, or when the insurance is being signed, we will inform the customer regarding the reimbursement or the cost of the broking.
